Privacy.

This site collects nothing. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics, no forms. Two things still involve personal data, so here is exactly what happens with each.

When you email us

If you write to mike@elliodelics.com, we process what you send. That means your email address, your name if you sign it, and whatever your message contains. We use it for one purpose, which is answering you and working with you if it comes to that.

Mail is hosted by Proton in Switzerland, which processes it on our behalf. Beyond that, your correspondence is not shared with anyone unless the law compels it, not added to any list, and not used for marketing. We keep it the way any business keeps its correspondence, as ordinary business records.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion at any time by emailing the same address. If you are in the EU or the UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Hosting logs

The site is served by GitHub Pages. GitHub logs visitor IP addresses and stores them for security purposes, as described in GitHub's Pages documentationopens in new tab. We never see those logs and run no logging of our own.

Who we are

The data controller is Elliotec Software LLC, doing business as elliodelics, a United States company run by Mike Elliott. For anything about this notice, email mike@elliodelics.com.
